For our mobile application, we may also collect device information, crash logs, and usage analytics to ensure stability and improve the user experience.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is strictly used for platform functionality: authentication, role-based access, chapter and club workflows, and communicating important updates via email or push notifications (on the mobile app). We also use aggregated usage data and crash reports to monitor application health, prevent abuse, and continuously improve our services.
3. Data Sharing and Play Store Compliance
We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with authorized internal teams and necessary infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, database, and email services) required to operate Studesk. Our mobile application complies with Google Play Store Developer Policies regarding data safety and transparent data handling.

We implement robust security measures, including access controls, secure credential handling, and managed infrastructure protections to safeguard your data across all web and mobile endpoints. While no system is fully risk-free, we continuously audit and improve our security controls.

Data is retained for operational, legal, and audit needs and is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
